Here's my Story...
When I purchased my first home, I was a little disappointed with the process. I felt like I had to figure everything out on my own. I had no idea what the steps were, and the lack of guidance left me feeling overwhelmed. On top of that, I didn’t believe in the concept of a “starter home" so settling for a property just because it fit my budget but didn’t have all the features I wanted was frustrating.
However, one positive takeaway is that my mortgage is affordable, and the equity in my home has increased significantly since I purchased it. This experience shaped my approach. I want to ensure my clients have a clear, step-by-step guide through the entire process so that we’re informed and confident together.
